1. General questions
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Please note USPS is our primary method of shipping. Parcel tracking can take up to 72 hours to activate on the USPS web site. Have no fear. If you have an order confirmation email, we are on it!
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to us by replying to your order confirmation email.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States only. While we have shipped all over the world, the current service levels by our international shipping partners is not great. For that reason, we felt it was best to keep our standards high and limit shipments to domestic orders only. Sorry international friends. We still love you!
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes under 72 hours to process it for shipment.
Standard shipping time for the U.S. via USPS First Class Mail is 10-14 business days. We see most orders arrive to our customers in under 5 business days.
2. Technical questions
Will your stem headset cap fit my bicycle?
Bicycle headset caps (or stem caps) do come in different shapes and sizes. However, the most common size found on the vast majority of modern bicycles is 1 1/4" (32mm) in diameter and threadless. This size is so common, it's considered the industry standard for bicycle headset caps. These typically pair up to an 1 1/8" steerer tube on your fork. This is also the most common steerer tube size.
Removing and replacing your stock headset cap with a custom headset cap is very simple and can be completed by anyone with a single Allen Key and a couple of minutes.
As for sizes of bicycle headset caps, a couple of exceptions exist. While impossible to be comprehensive, Giant maintains a system called "Overdrive" which have an oversized headset top cap and some triathlon or TT bicycles also have odd-shaped headset caps. Different gonna be different.
The best way to make certain your bicycle uses a standard 1 1/4" headset cap is to head out to the garage, grab yourself an Allen Wrench, remove the cap and measure it straight across (diameter). Unless you're using calipers, you'll probably have to eyeball it a little. You're really looking to answer if it's closer to 1 1/4" in diameter or is it a lot smaller or bigger. Smaller or bigger and you have yourself one of the outliers. Congrats! Time to buy a new bicycle so you can add one of our custom bicycle headset caps to your new bike.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We also offer support for Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?

4. Shipping
Do you offer faster shipping?
We offer USPS Priority and Priority Mail Express on an as-requested basis and at an additional charge.
You can request faster shipping service by replying to your order confirmation email.
How can I track my package?

5. Returns
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- Item must not be a customized headset cap. (You Say It Best, I Ride For, Ultimate Kit, and similar that have your text engraved on them.)
- Item return request must be made within 30 days of your order.
- Item return is at customer expense and should be received within 14 days of RMA issuance.
- Item must be in unused condition.
- Any promotional items or "free with purchase" items must also be returned and are subject to the same conditions as above.

Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our location.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
6. Other questions
Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
We have created a referral program (Dispatch Syndicate) for a limited number of individuals. If you love cycling, Dispatch and have a way to promote both, we'd love to consider your application.

Do you have physical stores?

Is there a warranty?
We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
